Personal information that is gathered through employee registration, screening and interviewing is gathered only to provide Emerald Staffing with the information needed to promote a person as a potential employee for job openings and to determine whether  such person is an appropriate match for our client.  We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes .The information gathered from our Client is only discussed between  the Emerald Staffing consultants who will then only provide the information needed to the employee to determine if the employee is an appropriate match for the job opening. The job opening and company information provided will be discussed between Emerald Staffing and our Client before providing any information to a potential employee. We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. Emerald Staffing will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
